Admission for Senior KG

Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.

• This admission form is to be filled up for the admission in Senior KG for the academic year 2025-26.
• Please note that admission is not guaranteed just by filling up the admission form. We take a limited number of students. The right to admission is reserved by the school management.
• You will have to upload the following documents with the form. Please make them ready before you start filling up the form.
  You may take the photographs of the Certificates and Photograph of the child with your phone.
• Passport photograph of the child.
• Birth certificate of the child.
• Aadhar Card of the child. (If available)
• Aadhar Cards of both the parents.
• Once the form is submitted, it will not be possible to make any changes in the form, so please fill-up the form carefully.
• We will contact selected applicants on the phone number/email-id provided by you after 23-March-2025 for further admission process.
